During his summer vacation, he also attended a gifted kids camp and dabbled with machine learning. Mark was taking college classes in software development and making games with his pals while still in high school. At one time, Mark decided to establish a computer network to facilitate communication in his father's dentistry business. It seemed a foregone conclusion that he would get admitted to the renowned Harvard University after stating on his college application that he was fluent in four languages. Mark Zuckerberg attended Harvard University and was a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity while studying psychology and computer science. Along the process, he created programs in response to the needs expressed by his peers. One tool made it easier for students to choose classes and join study groups, while another, built for fun, asked students to choose the most handsome student among them. Later that year, Mark was invited to deliver the graduation address to Harvard University's graduating class. In acknowledgment of his leadership and commitment to changing the world via technology, he was awarded an honorary degree at the time. Mark's father taught him to code and develop software while he was in middle school. Mark showed such enthusiasm for the topic that his father, Edward, quickly engaged a software engineer to educate the aspiring coder. In summary, Mark begins to set himself apart from the crowd by demonstrating his intelligence:

He came in first place in all of his classes;

He received prizes in mathematics, astronomy, and physics in his third year;

He had already mastered the reading and writing of French, Hebrew, Latin, and ancient Greek at the start of his academic career. Apart from his native English, of course. While studying at Harvard University, the university to which so many young people aspire and which rejects hundreds of applicants each year, Mark used his leisure time to construct a website with his roommates that was considerably different from what had previously been known. The website's objective would be to develop a network through which University students could connect. However, it would eventually be expanded to allow old schoolmates or even childhood pals who had been dispersed around the city, and possibly the world, to reunite. Mark did not graduate from Harvard; instead, he dropped out in his second year to focus on the development of his fledgling firm.
