It always seems to happen at the worst possible time, like when you’re running late for work or it’s freezing outside, with the frantic search for the lost keys being one of the stressful things we experience in life. Thankfully, most of us find our misplaced keys as they are usually left somewhere obvious, typically hiding in plain sight. Drawers

Many people use drawers to get rid of clutter, meaning many people accidently place their keys in their drawers, especially when cleaning up a surface like a table or countertop. Countertops

Kitchen countertops are another common place people misplace their keys.
