How old is Billie Eilish real name?

Decem. Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell, known simply as Billie Eilish, was born Decem. She is an American singer and songwriter. In 2015, 13-year-old Eilish was already working with her older brother who had his own band.

Background

Billie Eilish, a household name the world over, is an American singer and songwriter born in Los Angeles, California, to actress and teacher Maggie Baird and actor Patrick O’Connell. Eilish and her brother Finneas were homeschooled by their mother, who also inspired them to pursue their interests in music and taught them the basics of songwriting. In 2016, after recording a few songs with her brother, Eilish released the single ‘Ocean Eyes,’ which skyrocketed her into the music industry. In 2017, she released her first extended play, “Don’t Smile At Me,” which was in the top 15 in several countries. In 2019, after the success of her single and E.P., Eilish came out with her debut studio album, “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” which became the best-selling album in 2019. The album’s single ‘Bad Guy’ was Eilish’s first number-one on the U.S. “Billboard” Hot 100. The following year, Eilish co-wrote and performed the theme song ‘No Time to Die’ for the James Bond film of the same name. In 2021, Eilish released her second studio album, “Happier Than Ever,” which also received great recognition and reached number one in 25 countries. Through her music efforts, Eilish has won several awards, such as seven Grammy Awards, two American Music Awards, three M.T.V. Video Music Awards, three Brit Awards, a Golden Globe Award, and an Academy Award — pretty impressive for an artist who only released her first studio album in 2019! She has also been named one of the most successful artists of the 2010s.
