Guitar You have so many options in atlernating the sound, like no other instrument, beside the voice of a human. Of course, there is a difference between an electric one and an acoustic. I prefer the elctric. It seems easier to play at first, but is much harder to master in the end. When I've started the guitar 25 years ago, it was a really tough time to get into it, but when you start to have fun and make pauses, when your fingers are telling you to, you will begin to progress a lot. Actually I personally know no one who can play the guitar like myself. It is not meant arrogant, but I just have never met one. So to be good in playing the guitar takes a lot of effort and time, which most people are not willing to invest and maybe a young age is a good start for any instrument, which I think helped me a lot. Ukulele I am primarily a guitarist, but the ukulele is just so much more fun to pick up and play, it's light, the strings are easier on the fingers, chords are easier and it has a sweet sound. Would make a great instrument for someone new to the guitar family as it is tuned very similarly. Euphonium 15 I've played the euphonium for 7 years in school, it's amazingly easy to pick up and learn the basics for (especially because of the loose lip positions), has a wide range that sounds cool, and can play many parts when you're good.
