Hannah announced the happy news in a post on Instagram on November 2. "Madam has arrived! Josh and I are so happy to welcome to the world our little girl - Ava Grace Roberts. Born on the 26th of October," Hannah shared in the post, which also featured several photos of mom and newborn. "She is already a little menace that has captured our hearts forever." This is the first child for Hannah and Josh, who celebrated two years of dating on October 26. Hannah first announced the happy news of her pregnancy in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish in June. The chief stew said at the time that she was "very excited" to become a mom and it all felt "a little surreal." Hannah later revealed in August that she and Josh would be welcoming a baby girl. "I think I really would've been happy with anything," Hannah shared in the above video exclusive to Bravo Insider. "But I think as a woman, your firstborn, it's so nice to just have a little girl, like your little princess. I would never say it beforehand, but I was really, really happy when I found out that I was having a girl." After finding out the sex of the baby, Hannah said that "one of the first things" she and Josh did to prepare was settling on a name for their little one. "I think we went back-and-forth a little bit," Hannah told The Daily Dish in June. "But I got my way in the end." Josh was "over the moon" when he found out the couple was expecting, according to Hannah, although she noted in an interview with The Daily Dish in August that he seemed to be "a little more nervous" than her about becoming a parent. "He hasn't been around kids as much as I have as I grew up in my mom's childcare centers," Hannah explained. After experiencing "awful morning sickness" in her first trimester, a "fantastic" second trimester, and feeling "completely exhausted," "so emotional," and "really uncomfortable" in her final months of pregnancy, Hannah said that she was "so ready" for her daughter to arrive. "I absolutely cannot wait to meet her. A lot of people are like, 'Oh, I'm excited, but I'm also a little scared and nervous,'" Hannah told The Daily Dish in August. "I don't have any of that. I just want her here already." Hannah also said that she was looking forward to being in baby bliss with her new family of three after the birth of her daughter. "I kind of said to Mom and Dad, 'You can come and visit, but no overnights until [Josh is] back to work,'" she shared. "I think it'll be just so nice for two weeks to have a little bubble with the three of us and our dog."

In addition to getting ready to bring home baby, Hannah has also kept busy in her new life on land by launching the podcast Dear Diary, You're Effed! and starting the Ocean International Training Academy of online yachting courses with Below Deck Med Season 4 stew and chef Anastasia Surmava. However, Hannah has her many years in the yachting industry to thank for helping prepare her for motherhood. "People are like, 'Oh, it's the hardest thing, and you'll be so sleep deprived.' I'm like, I just cannot see it being any harder or any more sleep deprived than a season of Below Deck Med, that's for sure," Hannah told The Daily Dish in June. "If you ever want training to be a mother, then you should probably go and work on a superyacht for a few years, because I think it'll be a walk in the park compared to that."
