The main difference is in the number of courses available. The course library for Coursera is much larger and Coursera has nearly three times as many learners. However, Skillshare has far fewer courses (35,000) and they have a strong focus on creativity. Another difference is that courses can be purchased individually on Udemy, whereas Skillshare is a subscription only platform, which may work better for some learners. Finally, there’s MasterClass which is quite different compared to Udemy and Coursera. MasterClass offers classes hosted by celebrities.
