The show has been a massive hit with kids since it first aired in 2004 and it's popularity never seems to wane. But one detail in the programme is freaking parents out after it was pointed out by a mum - and that's the mysterious face in the window.

With Peppa's family made up of her, brother George and parents Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig, viewers are asking who is the little piggy in the window?

A still from the cartoon shows the family standing outside, with a third little pig staring out of the window in the background. Sharing the detail on the Family Lowdown Tips and Ideas Facebook page, mum Sadia Mullan said: "Everyone please take a closer look. Those who have watched Peppa Pig at any point in their lives. In the programme we know the family is of four. Peppa, George, mummy and daddy. But my question is who's that in the window on the right on the ground floor?" Sadia, who told the M.E.N's Manchester Family how she spotted it with her daughter Naqasha, was inundated with responses from shocked parents eager to know the truth. "Mummy and daddy Pig have some explaining to do," said one. "Is that their illegitimate child (the one they keep under the stairs) watching the family go out without them. Or is it Daddy Pig's love child with Sl***er Pig on the other side of the Hill." "The middle child that everyone forgets about," joked another. "Well that's what my son seems to think anyway." Some suggested it could be baby Alexander, Peppa and George's cousin, while another said it's 'Harry Porker, he's kept under the stairs.... waiting to go Hogwarts." According to the backstory provided by Palmer and Webley, the duo consists of conjoined twin sisters (aka "Eva" and "Lyn"), Evelyn and Evelyn Neville,[1][2][3][4] who were discovered in 2007 by Palmer and Webley. The twins are actually portrayed by Palmer and Webley,[5] dressed in connected garments.

In 2007, the band released a 3-song, colored 7" vinyl record, along with a 6-track CD titled Evelyn Evelyn, which was released in a limited edition of 1,111 copies on Jason's label (11 records); it quickly sold out. The package also contains Amanda and Jason's story of how they met the Evelyns, as well as the process of recording the vinyl, and a sticker of the two-headed elephant, Bimba & Kimba. A full-length album, Evelyn Evelyn, was released March 30, 2010, followed by a worldwide tour.[6]
