No, except that partial refunds for Rocksmith+ subscriptions are available in select countries. The partial refund will take into account the number of days your subscription was active for prior to the refund request being submitted. Your refund request will only be processed if it is submitted within the relevant withdrawal period from your order's confirmation date. The duration of the withdrawal period depends on your country of residence.

However, you can cancel your subscription to avoid any further charges from the end of your current billing period. Please note that other statutory rights for refund may apply, including your legal right to ask for a refund in the event of a faulty product or product not conforming with the description. For more information, please consult our Terms of Sale. When you request a refund, it will be made to the payment method you used in your original order. To request a refund, please fill out the withdrawal form. After submitting the request, an on-screen notification will let you know whether it has been successful. If the request is successful, your Rocksmith+ access will be cancelled immediately. If the request is denied, you will still be able to cancel your subscription to avoid further charges.

Resubscribing to Rocksmith+

If you resubscribe to the service, the withdrawal period will re-start on the first day your new subscription becomes active.

An existing subscription cancellation request

You can request a refund even if you currently have an in-progress subscription cancellation request.

Taking part in a Free Trial

If you request a refund during the Free Trial, your subscription will be cancelled but you will not receive a refund, as the trial is free of charge.

Suspended subscription due to payment failure

You will be able to request a refund if your subscription has been suspended due to a payment failure, but you will not receive a refund as the payment has not been successfully processed.
