How do I get my money back from Simply Piano?

If you'd still like a refund, the steps might be a little different depending on how you purchased your subscription, so be sure to choose the relevant option. Apple (App Store) purchase

With just a few quick steps, you can request a refund from Apple: Go to Apple's problem reports page: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/ Log in with your Apple ID username (typically your email address) and password Tap or click "I'd like to" Choose "Request a refund" Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next Choose Simply Piano, then choose Submit

You can also speak directly with Apple Customer Support.

Android (Google Play) purchase

You can request a refund directly by following these steps on Google Play. If you have any trouble, please reach out to our team. Payments made through the Google Play Store are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Credit card purchase

If you'd like a refund for your credit/debit card purchase, please reach out to our team through the app by tapping Menu > Settings > Have a Question? and we'll look into that for you. Payments made by credit/debit card are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Paypal

Can you use Simply Piano on more than one device?

You can open your progress in Simply Piano on multiple devices by logging in with the same email address you used previously. This includes across Android and iOS devices. Once you install Simply Piano on the phone/tablet, make sure to press "Already a Member" just below "Get Started" on the opening screen of the app.

You can open your progress in Simply Piano on multiple devices by logging in with the same email address you used previously. This includes across Android and iOS devices. Once you install Simply Piano on the phone/tablet, make sure to press "Already a Member" just below "Get Started" on the opening screen of the app. Then, enter the email you used before for Simply Piano to continue. If you're logged in on another phone/tablet, you can double check which email you used there by going to Menu > Settings > My Account*. We recommend you first double check which email you used on your previous device. Go to Menu > Settings > My Account in Simply Piano on the the previous device to see the email address used. *If you see Anonymous on the My Account page, this means the account was not linked to an email address and you will not be able to open your progress on another device. Just press the pencil (iOS) or click Change Email (Android) to change this to register with an email and you will be able to use your account on another device.
