The two will be getting hitched at Hotel Six Senses Barwara Fort. A source close to the development revealed, “It’s a common trend in the west for celebrities to sell off their wedding footage and images to magazines and at times even channels, as there are a lot of fans who wish to witness all that happened in the life-changing event of their idol. The streaming giant is planning to bring in the same trend in India too and to kick off their wedding franchise, they have offered Rs 100 crore to Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal.” However, reports also suggest that because of this very lucrative deal, the couple has also got their guests to sign a NDAs so that no footage from the wedding is leaked before it get streamed on OTT. The two welcomed guests on December 6 at Fort Barwara in Sawai Madhopur with a special note. “We request you to please leave your mobile phones in your respective rooms and refrain from posting pictures or using social media for any of the ceremonies and events.” The couple has also gotten secret codes in place for their 120 guests. They tied the knot at a luxury hotel in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan, in the presence of family and close friends. While the arrangements and guest list for the wedding was closely guarded, close friends and colleagues of the couple, including Kaif’s frequent collaborator filmmaker Kabir Khan, his actor wife Mini Mathur, director Vijay Krishna, actor couple Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi were among those who attended the wedding. The wedding was largely a lavish and a private affair with heavily guarded wedding venue making it difficult for the media to report much to the fans. The only clue from the high-end Six Senses Fort Barwara, a fort converted into a hotel from which the media and curious onlookers were kept at a safe distance.
